摘要
将塑料成型工艺与模具设计、模具CAD/CAE技术、实验设计与数据处理等多门课程的分散实验有机结合起来,构建成塑料成型模具综合实验平台。该平台以实验设计、数据分析与虚拟制造技术为基础,其方案设计、注塑成型模拟分析、实验数据分析、工艺参数优化与物理验证等模块,涵盖了现代模具行业采用的先进设计理念和实用技术。将该综合实验平台运用于高职模具专业教学中,可拓宽专业实验的广度与深度,培养学生的专业综合能力和技术创新能力,对类似的实验课程教改具有一定的参考价值。
This paper constructs a synthesis experiments platform based on system consideration about "molding process and design","mold CAD/CAE","experiment design and data analysis".This experiment platform consists of serious molds such as test design and analysis,virtual technique for injection molding processing parameter,the optima for processing parameter and verified actually the results.Applying this study result into instructional system of mold major can reform the experiments on the major.This research method has some reference significance for mold major construction.
