摘要
介绍了湿式氨法脱硫工艺在燃煤锅炉烟气脱硫的工程应用情况。论述了湿式氨法烟气脱硫的技术原理、工艺流程和生产运行考核指标;通过与传统氨法脱硫工艺对比,总结了饱和结晶与蒸发结晶的区别、优势与不足;对运行中出现的问题实施了整改措施。结果表明,湿式氨法烟气脱硫工艺能够实现零排放,且脱硫装置成本低,副产品经济效益明显。
Author has introduced the application situation of desulfur process by wet ammonia method in flue gas desulfur of boiler fired by coal,has discussed the technical principle,process flow and production examination indexes for flue gas desulfur by wet ammonia method;has summarized the differences,advantages and shortages between saturation crystallization and evaporation crystallization through comparison with the desulfur process by traditional ammonia method;has executed the reforming measures for problems existing in operation.Result indicates that the desulfur process flue gas by wet ammonia method can realize zero pollution discharge,moreover its cost of desulfur device is lower,and the economic benefit of the by-product is obvious.
