健美操课程作为体育课程的一个分支,在体育课程、体育社团以及体育俱乐部中都担负着重要作用。本文就如何提高健美操课的教学效果进行探讨,对于健美操课程改革提出一些意见。
As a branch of PE,aerobics dancing education plays an important role in PE,sports organization and sports club.The article discussed on how to improve teaching effect of aerobics dancing and proposed some suggestions on reform of aerobics dancing education.
