摘要
阐述了对医师客观评价的必要性,同时对目前评价现状和存在问题进行了分析,指出了缺乏合理评价体系、缺乏数据量化途径、缺乏标准化方法、缺乏延续性、评价内容单一等问题,最后从评价设计、完善方法、明确导向、理念学习与借鉴等方面进行探讨并提出相关对策。
Necessity of real evaluation, the current status and problems of evaluation were discussed. It shown that lack of rational appraisal system, lack of measurable data, lack of standardization methods, lack of continuity and humdrum appraisal content were existed. Suggestions on aspects of design, method, direction and conception were proposed.
