摘要
采用合理的开发方式,系统分析,细致规划,将企业资源计划(ERP)管理理念运用到医院管理中,会显著提高医院管理水平。笔者分析了医院实施ERP的必要性,提出医院ERP的基本框架,从文化理念管理思想上的冲突、医院业务复杂、认识不统一,需求不明确、基础条件差,实施周期长等方面分析了医院实施ERP面临的问题并提出相应的解决方法,同时从财务管理、资产管理、库存管理、IT运营管理等方面介绍了ERP在医院管理中的应用。
Along with rational development mode, system analysis, lean planning, conception of ERP is applied in hospital management and will significantly improve hospital management. The necessity and basic framework of hospital ERP is discussed. In aspects of the conflict of culture, management conception, complicated operation system, not unified awareness, ambiguous demands, poor condition and long period, problems of implementing EPR in hospital are analyzed and relative countermeasures are presented. Its application in aspects of finance management, asset management, stock management and IT operation management in hospital is introduced.
