摘要
从食品安全的概念入手,阐述了茶叶质量构成与质量安全内涵及主要影响因子,针对我国茶叶质量安全的现状、问题及成因,从质量标准制定、质量安全监控、行业自律运行、关键科技支撑、信息平台建设、技术培训服务、示范基地建设等方面提出了构建并完善我国茶叶质量安全保障体系的战略对策。
Based on the concept of food security,the quality components and quality security intension of tea and their major factors are reviewed.In view of the current status of tea quality security,its problems and causes in China,the strategic countermeasures to build and perfect a system to guarantee tea quality security in China are proposed in the regards of quality standards,quality security monitoring,self-discipline operation of the industry,the key technology support,information platform,skills training,and demonstration base.
