摘要
为研究松散回潮工序工艺参数对卷烟叶丝常规化学成分的影响,采用均匀设计方法,对松散回潮工序汽水喷嘴蒸汽压力、热风温度以及滚筒转速3个工艺参数进行了试验.结果表明,在试验范围内:①松散回潮过程工艺参数对还原糖和总氮的影响显著,对总植物碱、氯、钾以及总糖的影响不显著;②汽水喷嘴蒸汽压力和热风温度对总氮影响显著;汽水喷嘴蒸汽压力和滚筒转速的交互作用对还原糖影响显著.
In order to understand the effects of technological parameters of loosening and conditioning on the main chemical components of cut tobacco,three technological parameters(nozzle pressure of steam and water,temperature of hot air and rotational velocity of the cylinder) were studied with uniform design experimentation.The results showed that under the conditions of this experiment,the technological parameters had significant effects on reducing sugar and total nitrogen and had no significant effects on total alkaloids,chlorine,potassium and total sugars and that nozzle pressure of steam and water and the temperature of hot air had significant effects on total nitrogen and the interaction of nozzle pressure of steam and water and rotational velocity of the cylinder had significant impact on reducing sugar.
