二甲双胍联合替米沙坦对非酒精性脂肪肝的影响被引量：1

摘要目的观察高血压合并非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)的患者,在应用替米沙坦治疗的同时联合应用二甲双胍对患者疗效影响。方法 60例高血压伴NAFLD的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组给予替米沙坦治疗,治疗组加二甲双胍。结果 12周后两组血压均下降(P<0.05),两组TC、LDL-C、TG及IRI有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论二者联合治疗保证了降压疗效,且改善了TC、LDL-C、TG及IRI。
