摘要
体育教师的职业素养是学校体育目标实现和功能发挥的核心要素,对之系统研究,深刻剖析体育教师的职业形象、职业道德、知识结构、示范导引技巧和科研能力等职业素养,对于体育教师专业发展和学校体育教育改革,具有重大理论价值和现实意义。通过对郑州市12所高校体育教师职业素质现状进行抽样调查分析,发现教师职业素质存在一定的问题。本文对影响高校体育教师职业素质的因素进行了分析,并在此基础上针对性地提出了提高高校体育教师职业素质的一些建议。
The gym Teachers＇ Professional Ethics play a core role for colleges to achieve their sports goals and to perform their functions.Systematical study and deep analysis on gym Teachers＇ professional image,professional morality,knowledge structure,demonstration skills,and research ability has great theory value and practical significance for their professional development and colleges＇ PE teaching reforms.This paper by means of investigating current situation of twelve universities gym teachers in Zhengzhou,find out the problems of current situation and analyze influence on factor,and put forwards many tactics of bring up professional ethics,provide theory basis for improve ethics development of college gym teacher and improve gym teacher and scientific research in Zhengzhou.
