汞对绿蟾蜍蝌蚪的毒理组织学研究 被引量:6

摘要 为探讨汞对水生生物毒性效应的机制,用氯化汞对绿蟾蜍蝌蚪进行了毒性试验.取对照组和实验组蝌蚪螯体进行连续石蜡切片,H·E 染色的组织学观察,发现汞使蝌蚪肝脏充血,肝细胞肿胀,肝窦缩小;原肾的肾小管细胞肿大,细胞质充满胶状颗粒,部分细胞破裂;一部分神经元死亡或解体;小肠上皮与浆膜分离形成许多腔隙;心室畸形和心肌纤维增生.汞的毒性作用可能与汞同蛋白质或酶类的-SH 结合、继而阻止细胞的功能有关. For exploring the mechanism of toxic effects on the aquatic caused by mercury,it has been carriedout a toxical experiment with tadpoles of Bufo viridis Laurenti by mercuric chloride (HgCl_2),having ob-servation of continuous paraffin sections,H.E colouring normal histology and pathohistology of wholebody.After comparation,the remarkable changes of organs or tissues by mercury treatment has beendiscovered.1.Liver:hyperaemia,swelling of hepatocytes and reduction of hepatic sinusoids appeared.2.Pronephros (Kindney):the cells of renal tubules swelled,there were a lot of glue—like parti-cles in the cytoplasms and some of cells broke.3.Neural Tube:a part of neurons died or distintegrated.4.Intestine:the epithelial cell layer of intestine separated from serosa to form a series of empty cavities.5.Heart:malformation of ventricle and hyperplasia of cardiac muscles occured.The toxic action of mercury may result from that the heavy metal binds sulfhydryl group(—SH)of proteins or enzymes and finally inhibits functions of cells.
