基于面积测量的FW含胶量测量系统设计

摘要 针对纤维缠绕含胶量的精确测量问题,介绍了一种基于面积测量的测量系统。由激光传感器测得纤维浸胶后的截面积,进行图像处理分析,将其转换成相应的含胶量,再经过计算机上的测量判断程序分析,输出相应的控制指令,实时调节含胶量,使之处于合理的范围。试验证明,该系统具有较好的稳定性和精确性。 A measuring system of detecting glue ratio based on laser sensor is introduced to solve the problem on accurate measurement of glue ratio during filament-winding.The section area of filaments attached with glue was measured by the laser sensor.After image processing and analysis,the area was converted into glue ratio by the measuring program in PC and corresponding control instructions were output to adjust glue ratio in real-time,so in a reasonable range.Experimental results prove that the measuring system is stable and precise.
