摘要
在群组评价中,对指标权重的设计常常存在较大的争议。本文通过借鉴回归的优化思想,证明了当存在m个评价主体分别对n个指标的赋权信息时,使得评价主体间差异最小化的最优权重为这m个权重向量的算术平均值;当不存在评价主体对n个指标的赋权信息时,对这些指标赋予同样的权重,是使得潜在的评价主体之间在最大可能分歧情形时评价差异最小化的近似最优赋权方法。
There are usually significant controversies in the weighting design of indicators in group evaluation.Learning from the optimization methods of regression,this paper proves that if we have the weighting information of n indicators from m respondents,the optimal weighting to minimize the disagreement among the respondents is the arithmetical average of the m weighting vectors,but if we don't have the weighting information of n indicators,to let these indicators be endowed with the same weighting is the approximately optimal method to minimize maximum possible disagreement among potential respondents.
