摘要
堆场是专业煤炭码头最重要的组成部分之一,通常采用分货种、分货主的垛位堆放策略,由于煤炭品种比较多,堆场的垛位大小和数量都处在动态的变化中。针对专业煤炭码头物流系统仿真建模中的问题,提出了堆场网格化建模方法,并结合实际专业煤炭码头进行仿真建模和试验研究。结果表明网格化建模方法可以更准确、更细化地描述码头堆场的动态变化过程。
The stackyard is one of the most important parts of bulk cargo wharf,which stacks goods according to customers and the nature of goods.But there are usually many kinds of goods and the size and quantity of piles are changing constantly.This paper puts forward a yard grid modeling approach in order to solve the yard modeling problems of the coal transfer yard.Besides,this paper builds a specific simulation model of one actual coal transfer terminal,the result of which provides a reference and recommendation to the planning and design of coal terminals.
