摘要
目的探讨精神药物所致尿潴留的相关因素及护理对策。方法观察使用精神药物的762例住院精神病患者,对出现尿潴留者的相关资料进行调查分析,并及时采用护理对策。结果 762例患者中43例出现尿潴留,发生率为5.64%;尿潴留的发生与年龄、用药种类及剂量有关。结论对年龄大、合并用药以及用药剂量较大的精神病患者应密切观察,对出现尿潴留者,加强护理,及时处理。
Objective To explore the related factors and nursing methods in treating urinary retention caused by antipsychotics.Methods The clinical data of 762 cases of urinary retention treated with psychotropic drugs were analyzed.Results The rate of urinary retention was 5.64% in all patients.Urinary retention was related with sex,age,antipsychotic and dosage.Conclusion When the cases of urinary retention are elderly,receive combined use of antipsychotics or get drugs in large dosage,timely treatment and proper nursing should be given.
