摘要
目的探讨抗精神病药物利用情况与发展趋势。方法对2007年至2009年南京地区27家医院抗精神病药物采用药品消耗金额、用药频度和日用药金额等进行排序分析。结果抗精神病药物使用金额和数量逐年增长,传统药物增长缓慢,新一代非典型抗精神病药增长较快。结论第二代抗精神病药已成为临床医生的首要选择。
Objective To evaluate the utilization and tendency of antipsychotic drugs.Methods The use of antipsychotic drugs in 27 hospitals of Nanjing area between 2007 and 2009 were analyzed statistically in terms of consumption quantity,consumption sum,DDDs and average daily cost,etc.Results The amount of money and quantity of antipsychotic drugs use were increased year by year.The traditional drugs were increased slowly.The new generation atypical antipsychotic drugs showed a rapid upward trend.Conclusion The second generation antipsychotic drugs have become the preferable choice for clinical physicians.
