鼻咽癌的MRI表现与CD105、COX-2表达的相关性研究

摘要 目的探讨鼻咽癌的MRI表现与CD105、cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2)表达的相关性。方法 78例鼻咽癌患者治疗前行MRI检查,临床资料完整,活检病理证实,免疫组化S-P法检测CD105及COX-2的表达,并与鼻咽癌的MRI表现进行相关性分析。结果 (1)本组病例MRI显示鼻咽癌T1期病灶位于鼻咽腔内,共3例;T2期为35例;T3期24例;T4期16例。鼻咽癌合并咽后淋巴结及颈部淋巴结转移者共54例,合并远处转移者5例。(2)本组CD105在鼻咽癌中的阳性表达率为51.3%、COX-2的阳性表达率为56.4%,CD105和COX-2的表达与鼻咽癌的T分期、有无淋巴结转移及远处转移相关(P<0.05);与鼻咽癌的有无咽旁间隙侵犯组间的差别无统计学意义(P>0.05)。(3)CD105与COX-2在鼻咽癌中的表达无显著相关。结论 (1)MRI可以较准确的评价鼻咽癌的周围浸润、颈部淋巴结及咽后淋巴结转移、远处转移的情况。(2)CD105、COX-2与鼻咽癌的周围浸润、淋巴结转移及远处转移的MRI表现显著相关,可以作为鼻咽癌分期诊断的一个潜在指标。(3)鼻咽癌中CD105与COX-2的表达之间无显著相关性。
