摘要
考虑滚筒的初始裂纹和输送机带速等因素对滚筒剩余寿命的影响,推导出输送机传动滚筒的疲劳裂纹扩展寿命计算模型,并研制出1套寿命评估软件,软件的计算结果与使用寿命接近,为输送机传动滚筒的寿命估算提供一定的理论支持,具有一定的工程实用参考价值。
Considering the influence of factors like initial crack and conveyor belt speed on the residual life of driving pulley,the paper deduces fatigue crack propagation life calculation model of the driving pulley,and develops a life evaluation software.The calculation results from the software are close to the service life,providing theoretical support for conveyor driving pulley life estimation and certain reference value to engineering practice.
