摘要
用户需求与信息技术的发展促进了知识咨询的产生,然而人们对知识咨询还缺少深入认识。知识咨询具有诊断、规约、建议、知识生产、评价、决策支持6种功能,包括准备、诊断与规划、调查与访谈、分析与综合、评估与提供、跟踪与反馈6个阶段。尽管知识咨询已在图书馆界初见端倪,但是只有有效应对知识咨询给图书馆管理思想、图书馆服务与由此给图书馆员工带来的挑战,图书馆知识咨询才能得到广泛推广与运用。
The generation of knowledge consulting is promoted by user demands and developments of information technologies. However, there is little understanding about knowledge consulting among people. Knowledge consulting is different from reference and information consulting, having six functions named as diagnostic function, prescriptive function, suggestive function, knowledge productive function, evaluative function and decision support function, and covering six stages including preparation, diagnosis and planning, investigation and interview, analysis and synthesis, evaluation and offering, tracking and feedback. Although knowledge consulting in libraries is beginning, it can be put in practice widely only if the challenges made by knowledge consulting to management idea and services in libraries and librarians are solved.
