摘要
目的探讨宫腔操作手术时导致子宫穿孔的原因、治疗方法及预防措施。方法回顾性分析我院36例计划生育致子宫穿孔患者的病历资料。结果 15例为人工流产吸刮术所致,放置或取出宫内节育器致子宫穿孔分别为5例和6例,宫内节育器致慢性穿孔3例,中期引产致穿孔4例,诊刮术致穿孔3例。结论根据穿孔发生的常见原因,应提高责任心,做好术前病史询问和检查,规范操作,降低穿孔的发生率。
Objective To evaluate the uterine cavity during surgery led to uterine perforation operation causes,treatment and preventive measures.Methods A retrospective analysis of our hospital 36 cases of uterine perforation caused by family planning patients medical records.Results 15 cases of suction curettage abortion due to place or remove the IUD uterine perforation were 5 cases and 6 cases of IUD-induced chronic perforation in 3 cases,mid--term abortion caused by perforation in 4 cases,curettage surgery--induced perforation in 3 cases.Conclusion According to the perforation of the common causes,should improve accountability,good preoperative history taking and examination,and standards,to reduce the incidence of perforation.
