摘要
选择用后耐火材料再生料为主要原材料,通过原料的合理选择与配方优化试验,研制了性能优良、成本低廉的铁水罐维护用粘渣隔离喷涂料、罐沿浇注料与罐底垫补料;通过工业性试验与推广应用,不仅大幅度降低铁水罐维护成本与维护量,同时普通高铝砖铁水罐使用寿命由550次提高到800次以上。
Based on the reasonable choosing raw materials and formula optimization, the cost-efficient unshaped refractories for hot metal ladle with good performance inicluding antiseize slag spraying material, castables for the edge and bedding material were prepared by recycled refractory as main raw materials. The life-span of ladle prolonged from 550 to more than 800 times and the maintenance cost reduced notablely when those prepared materials were used on aluminous hot metal ladle for desulphurizing.
