摘要
介绍了宝山钢铁股份有限公司特钢事业部首次生产GH99合金锻棒的研究工作。通过热力学相图计算制定了2000t快锻机生产GH99合金棒材的终锻温度以及相应的钢锭加热温度,研究了不同加热温度和终锻温度对GH99合金Φ250快锻棒材组织和性能的影响。结果表明,锻棒横低倍组织无缺陷,但是,加热温度和终锻温度过低时,棒材表面会因变形温度低于动态再结晶温度而残留部分原始拉长晶粒。加热温度和终锻温度过高时,因原始晶粒在加热过程中过分长大,边缘处在变形过程中残留部分大的原始拉长晶粒。在合适的加热温度和终锻温度下,棒材的心部、R/2处和表面均获得了均匀且较细小的晶粒组织,在此条件下,合金具有良好的室温、高温综合性能。
Research on GH99 alloy forged bar produced for the first time by Special Steel Business Unit,Baoshan Iron Steel Co.,Ltd.,was introduced in this article.The final forging temperature and the corresponding heating temperature for a 2 000 t forging machine were determined by means of the thermodynamic phase diagram.The effect of heating temperature and final forging temperature on GH99 alloy bar's microstructures and mechanical properties was also investigated.The results show that there are no defects in the bar's cross-sectional macrostructures.But when the heating temperature and final forging temperature are too low,incompletely recrystallized grains on bar's surface are retained the forging temperature is lower than the dynamic recrystallization temperature.When the heating temperature is too higher,parts of the initial elongated grains are retained.Forged at a proper heating temperature and a final forging temperature,all the grain sizes at the center,1/2R and near the surface are homogeneous and fine,and under this condition,the GH99 alloy will show its excellent mechanical properties at room temperature and high temperature.
