血清同型半胱氨酸水平对监测和预防2型糖尿病肾病的意义 被引量:5

摘要 糖尿病肾病(DN)是糖尿病常见而严重的微血管并发症,它常见于病史超过10年的患者。高同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)血症是心脑血管疾病的独立危险因素已得到国内外的普遍认同,近年也有不少学者认为高Hcy血症与糖尿病微血管并发症密切相关。我们通过检测156例不同阶段2型糖尿病患者的血清Hcy水平,探讨Hcy与糖尿病肾病的关系。
