摘要
上海宝钢生产的-50℃的B610CF-L2钢板属调质高强钢,具有低焊接冷裂纹敏感性和良好的低温韧性,首次用于天津石化乙烯低温球罐的建造。本文通过对B610CF-L2钢板焊接性分析和焊接工艺评定,确定了合理的焊接工艺参数。现场组焊严格按有关标准和技术要求进行,尤其球罐的焊接严格控制了焊接热输入,球罐各项指标均优于技术条件要求,产品试板力学性能良好。结果表明:-50℃的B610CF-L2钢板各项性能均能满足2 000 m3低温球罐建造的需要。
-50 ℃ B610CF-L2 steel produced by Baoshan Iron and Steel Company had a good low temperature toughness,and was used to the Tianjin petrochemical ethylene spherical tank.In this paper,reasonable welding parameters were determined by welding procedure qualification and analysis of the B610CF-L2 steel welding.Good mechanical properties of the product test panels were obtained accordance with the relevant standards and technical requirements,in particular,strictly control of the welding heat input.The results showed that-50 ℃ B610CF-L2 steel could meet the construction of 2 000 m3 spherical tank.
