摘要
近年来,女大学生就业歧视问题愈演愈烈,为了更深入地了解女大学生就业歧视的问题,文章探讨女大学生就业歧视的现状并分析具体原因,从政府、社会、企业、个人等不同方面提出建设性的相关对策。
In recent years,the employment discrimination on female college students is more and more serious.The paper discusses the current situation of employment discrimination of female college students,and analyzes the reasons.Finally,on the basis of referring to other countries＇ experiences,the paper puts forward some available ways of solving the problem of employment discrimination on female college students.
