高压共轨柴油机燃用乳化柴油的燃烧特性 被引量:2

Combustion Characteristics of Emulsified Diesel Fueled on a High-pressure Common Rail Diesel Engine

摘要 对某高压共轨柴油机上燃用E0纯柴油和3种不同配比的乳化柴油的燃烧特性进行了试验研究。测得不同转速和负荷下,燃用E0纯柴油和3种不同配比乳化柴油的缸内压力、压力升高率、瞬时放热率、累积放热率以及燃烧持续期的曲线。结果表明:乳化柴油的燃烧特性与E0纯柴油类似;在2000 r.min-1、50%负荷和3200.rmin-1、50%负荷工况下,燃用乳化柴油的缸内最高压力更高,在试验所测的其它工况下,乳化柴油的缸内最高压力相比E0纯柴油均没有明显下降;乳化柴油的瞬时放热率峰值和累积放热率曲线均高于E0纯柴油,ED乳化柴油的瞬时放热率峰值最高;燃用乳化柴油后,燃烧持续期缩短。 The combustion characteristics of E0 diesel and three kinds of emulsified diesel that have different composition on a high-pressure common rail diesel engine were investigated. Cylinder pressures, pressure ris- ing rates, instantaneous heat releasing rates, cumulative heat releasing rates and combustion durations under different speeds and loads were measured. The results indicate that the combustion characteristics of emulsified diesel are similar to E0 diesel; the maximum cylinder pressures of emulsified diesel are higher under 2000r/ min, 50% load and 3200 r/min, 50% load, and doni decrease significantly compared with E0 diesel under other conditions; instantaneous peak heat release rates and cumulative heat release rates of emulsified diesel are higher than E0 diesel; ED fuel has the highest instantaneous peak heat release rate; the combustion dura- tions of emulsified diesel are shorter.
