摘要
为构建烟草地上部器官的模拟模型,采用盆栽试验方法系统测定了烟草不同生育时期器官的生物量,构建了烟草不同生长阶段器官形态的动态模型.通过对2007年烟草器官形态的模拟,表明烟草地上部不同生长周期的器官形态模拟值与田间试验数据的相关系数在0.735~0.997,达极显著水平,表明模型对烟草地上部器官形态发育动态具有较好的预测效果.
In order to achieve more accurate virtual tobacco growth,simulation models of above-ground organs morphogenesis of flue-cured tobacco were developed.Based on extensive observations,parameters of the model were determined using the measured data of different growing periods organ biomass of flue-cured tobacco taken from the pot experiments,and dynamic models were developed to simulate different growth cycle characters of morphogenesis in flue-cured tobacco.Finally,the model was tested using the experimental data of 2007.The simulated results showed that the model can be used to describe the structure dynamics.The comparison between simulated and measured data showed that the value of the coefficient of determination ranged from 0.735 to 0.997.Most of the simulated values fell within the variance of the measured ones.Sensitivity analysis showed that the model works well enough to predict tobacco organs development.
