摘要
本文运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法以及实地访谈等方法,对呼包鄂地区大型商业型健身俱乐部教练员职业素质需求状况进行了细致的调查研究。结果显示:呼包鄂地区健身俱乐部教练员年龄结构趋于年轻化,学历较复杂,普遍认为自身在专业知识和能力方面急待提高,提高内容与会员的健身需求较吻合,并扩大到了体育领域之外的综合素养;俱乐部管理人员对专业人才职业素质需求既有异同又各有侧重,有突出的岗位特点。
With the methods of literature material,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and interview,this article investigates the demand status of coaches＇ professional quality in the large commercial fitness clubs of Hu-Bao-E area.Results show that the age structure of coaches tends to be younger,and their educational background is relatively complicated;they generally hope to enhance their professional knowledge and abilities which fit members＇ needs as well,and they also call for expanding comprehensive literacy besides sports fields.The demands of professional talents＇ qualities in the clubs not only have similarities and differences but also emphasis on different aspects and the demands have distinctive post characteristics.
