摘要
为了研究盾构隧道管片接头在内爆炸作用下的动力反应特点,基于显式动力分析软件LS-DYNA程序,以典型地铁区间盾构隧道为例,建立了考虑管片-管片、管片-螺栓及管片与周围土体界面接触效应的三维计算模型,研究了盾构隧道在内爆炸冲击荷载作用下的破坏机理,揭示了管片和连接螺栓的破坏特征。计算结果表明,提高连接螺栓强度和延性可改善盾构隧道的抗爆特性。
In order to study the dynamic response characteristics of segment joint of shield tunnel under internal explosion loading, a three dimensional FEM model of dynamic response of a typical metro running shield tunnel is proposed.This model can simulate the contact effects of segment-segment,segment-bolt and segment-soil based on the nonlinear dynamic analysis software LS-DYNA.The failure mechanism of a shield tunnel under internal explosion loading is analyzed and the failure characteristics of segment and bolt are revealed.The analysis results show that the blast-resistant characteristics of shield tunnel can be improved by enhancing bolt strength and tenacity.
