摘要
以歧化松香为原料,经酰氯化和酯化反应后,合成出一种可聚合松香增黏树脂(DR-2-HEMA),并采用红外光谱(FT-IR)法、气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)法、核磁共振碳谱(13C-NMR)法和差示扫描量热(DSC)法等对其组分和结构进行了表征;然后采用细乳液聚合法制备含DR-2-HEMA的丙烯酸酯PSA(压敏胶)。结果表明:以过氧化苯甲酰(BPO)为引发剂时,该PSA具有良好的综合性能,其持粘力、初粘力和剥离强度较为均衡。
With disproportionated rosin as raw material,a polymerizable rosin resin as tackifier(DR-2-HEMA) was synthesized by chloride reaction and esterification of disproportionated rosin,and its component and structure were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectrum (FT-IR), gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS), ^13C-nuclear magnetic resonance (^13C-NMR) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) methods. Then an acrylate pressure sensitive adhesive(PSA) with DR-2-HEMA was prepared by mini-emulsion polymerization. The results showed that the PSA has good combination property because its holding tack,initial tack and peeling strength were more balanced when benzoyl peroxide(BPO) was used as initiator.
