摘要
从百合科丫蕊花属植物丫蕊花(Ypsilandra thibetica Franch)全草中分离鉴定了8个化合物,分别为:偏诺皂苷元(1),偏诺皂苷元-3-O-α-L-呋喃阿拉伯糖基(1→4)-[α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基(1→2)]-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(2),偏诺皂苷元-3-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基(1→4)-[α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基(1→2)]-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(3),偏诺皂苷元-3-O-α-L-吡喃葡萄糖(1→4)-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖(1→4)-[α-L-吡喃鼠李糖(1→2)]-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(4),薯蓣皂苷元(5),薯蓣皂苷元-3-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基(1→4)-[α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基(1→2)]-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(6),木犀草素(7),木犀草苷(8)。其中化合物1,2,5,7,8均首次在丫蕊花植物中分到。
Eight compounds were isolated and purified from Ypsilandra thibetica Franch.They are pennogenin（1）,pennogenin-3-O-α-L-arabinofuranosyl-（1→4）-[α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-（1→2）]-β-D-glucopyranoside-（2）,pennogenin-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-（1→4）-[α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-（1→2）]-β-D-glucopyranoside（3）,pennogenin-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-（1→4）-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-（1→4）-[α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-（1→2）]-β-D-glucopyranoside（4）,diosgenin（5）,diosgenin-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-（1→4）-[α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-（1→2）]-β-D-glucopyranoside（6）,luteolin（7） and luteolin-7-O-β-D-glucoside（8）.Five of them（1,2,5,7,8） were isolated for the first time from Ypsilandra thibetica Franch.
