摘要
目的考察气滞胃痛颗粒(柴胡、枳壳、白芍、甘草、香附、延胡索)对胃肠功能的影响。方法本研究以大鼠的离体肠平滑肌条为模型,考察加入气滞胃痛颗粒对大鼠肠平滑肌条收缩状况。通过给予多巴胺制作胃肠运动抑制模型,采用营养性半固体糊加活性炭法测定正常及胃肠功能抑制小鼠的胃内容物残留率和小肠推进比。结果在20~160 mg/mL浓度范围内气滞胃痛颗粒显著促进大鼠肠平滑肌条的运动。气滞胃痛颗粒(3.90 g/kg)可促进正常小鼠的胃排空和小肠推进,气滞胃痛颗粒低、中、高剂量组(0.975、1.95、3.90 g/kg)可以改善多巴胺引起的小鼠胃排空障碍以及小肠推进抑制作用。结论气滞胃痛颗粒对大鼠肠平滑肌条的收缩具有促进作用,气滞胃痛颗粒具有促进小鼠胃肠动力作用。
AIM To investigate the action of Qizhi Weitong Granule(Bupleuri radix,Aurantii fructus,Paeoniae radix alba,Glycyrrhizae radix et rhizome,Cyperi rhizome,Corydalis rhizoma)(QZWT) on gastrointestinal function.METHODS Isolated rat intestine smooth muscle strip was separated and macerated in the solution containing QZWT to test for contractility.A dopamine-induced mice model for inhibited gastrointestinal motility was given administration of nutritious semisolid paste plus Charcoal to determine the evacuation of stomach and the propulsive function of small intestine in mice.RESULTS QZWT in the range of 20~160 mg/mL could significantly improve the contractility of rat intestine smooth muscle strips,3.90 g/kg of QZWT could stimulate gastric emptying and intestinal propulsion in normal mice.0.975,1.95,and 3.90 g/kg of QZWT could increase the inhibition of gastric emptying and intestinal propulsion induced by dopamine.CONCLUSION The experimental result suggests QZWT may have regulation on the contractility of intestine smooth muscle in rats,could also be useful in gastrointestinal kinetics in mice.
