摘要
目的半导体激光及CPM联合应用于膝关节置换术后的康复及护理。方法膝关节手术后因关节肿胀、疼痛及疤痕粘连功能锻炼非常困难,而自主锻炼往往不能坚持,以致达不到康复的目的。然而通过消炎、消肿、止痛以及持续的被动运动可减少关节粘连、僵硬、肌肉萎缩等并发症的发生。结果半导体激光就有促进血液循环、消炎、消肿、止痛的作用,而CPM则具有相对无痛或微痛的功能,疗效好,见效快,易于接受等优点。结论术后早期进行CPM锻炼及半导体激光治疗并积极配合主动锻炼是恢复膝关节功能的重要措施。从而使膝关节功能得到良好的恢复。
Objective A semiconductor laser and CPM joint applied to knee arthroplasty after rehabilitation and nursing.Methods After knee surgery for joint swelling,pain and scar adhesion functional exercise is very difficult,and independently exercise often cannot insist that reach the purpose of recovery.However through diminish inflammation,swelling,pain and sustained passive sport can reduce articular adhesion,stiff,and muscle atrophy etc.Complications.Results A semiconductor laser have promote blood circulation,diminish inflammation,swelling,pain role,and the CPM has relatively painless or small painful functions,good curative effect,rapid,easy to accept,etc.Conclusion Early postoperative on CPM exercise and semiconductor laser therapy and actively cooperate with active exercise is the important measure knee function.Thus make knee function get good recovery.
