摘要
集成磁件的耦合度影响着交错变换器的稳态和瞬态性能。论文提出了可以改变耦合度的平面集成磁件,分析了磁芯在没有气隙的情况下改变电感耦合度的原理,给出了耦合电感耦合度和磁芯设计的数学表达式。利用磁场仿真分析软件比较了不开气隙集成磁件和传统集成磁件的电感量、耦合度和绕组损耗,结果表明不开气隙集成磁件比传统集成磁件具有诸多优点。样机实验表明,交错变换器性能较好。
The dynamic and steady-state performances of staggered-shunt converter are influenced by the coupling degree of integrated magnetic. A kind of planar integrated magnetic with changeable coupling degree is proposed. The principle of changeable couphng degree in the situation of no air gap is analyzed. The couphng degree calculation formula and the integrated magnetic design formula are given. The inductance quantity, couphng degree and winding Joss are compared between the proposed and traditional integrated magnetic with air gap using the magnetic field simulation analysis software. The results indicate that the proposed integrated magnetic have more merits than traditional one. The prototypical experiment indicates that staggered-shunt converter has better performance.
