基质金属蛋白酶9用于小儿川崎病冠状动脉损伤早期诊断的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 川崎病是一种原因不明的自限性全身血管炎性疾病,近年来已成为发展中国家小儿获得性心脏病的首要原因。因其所致的冠状动脉损伤极大地影响患儿预后,其早期诊断治疗一直是临床研究的热点和难点。现主要回顾当前国内外对于外周血基质金属蛋白酶9用于小儿川崎病冠状动脉损伤早期诊断的研究现况,指出其在冠状动脉损伤早期诊断中具有重要的临床价值。 Kawasaki disease is a self-limiting,multisystem vasculitis of unknown etiology.It has been the leading cause of children′s acquired heart disease these years,which will lead to coronary artery injuries of infants and children and affect prognosis to a considerable extent.Due to all these reasons,it has called awareness of the public in recent years,especially in early diagnosis of coronary artery lesions.Here is mainly to review the clinical use of matrix metalloproteinase-9 in early diagnosis of Kawasaki disease children′s coronary artery lesion these years.It′s also figured out that it has important clinical value in early diagnosis of coronary artery lesion.
