队友信息心理模型对团队学习行为的影响

摘要 研究引入现场模拟实验方法,由3名大学生组成一个团队,共有10个团队。实验将10个团队随机分配于高低队友信息心理模型条件下,检验不同队友信息心理模型水平条件下团队学习行为的差异。结果表明,高水平队友信息心理模型显著提高了团队成员的互动性团队学习行为;高低不同队友信息心理模型水平条件下,团队成员在反思性团队学习行为表现上不存在显著差异;对团队学习行为不同的测量方法对实验结果具有一定的影响。
