摘要
目的:分析不孕症患者子宫输卵管碘油造影的X线表现。方法:回顾性分析200例不孕症患者电视透视下子宫输卵管碘油造影的X线征象。结果:200例不孕症患者中输卵管梗阻和输卵管通而不畅129例(64.5%);子宫异常45例(22.5%);子宫输卵管均正常26例(13%);静脉逆流18例。结论:不孕症患者子宫输卵管碘油造影X线征象表现特异,对患者具有诊断价值。
Objective： To analyze characteristic of X-ray of hystero-salpingography in sterile patients.Methods： The radiological results of 200 sterile patients,who had hystero-salpingography were retrospectively analyzed.Results：129 cases had occlusion and partial occlusion oviducts（64.5%）,45 cases had uterine abnormalities（22.5%）,26 cases had both normal uterus and oviducts（13%）,and 18 cases had vina reflux.Conclusions：X-ray imaging of hystero-salpingography represents specific characteristics,and is valuable in diagnosis.
