航天与辐射诱变光温敏核不育水稻效果的研究——M_2代突变频率及生理指标的影响

摘要 比较了航天诱变、60Co-γ射线及其复合处理的光温敏核不育水稻的M2代的突变率,结果表明:两个材料受不同处理的突变率表现一致,但在单株入选率方面则各异。对从不同处理的M2代中选择的突变株进行的生理生化指标的测定,其叶绿素含量和POD、SOD、CAT三种保护酶活性因不同的处理、不同的材料来源以及不同的变异表型性状也表现各异。 The mutation rate of M2 generation of photo-thermo sensitive genic male sterile rice which treated with space mutation, 60Co-γ mutation and their combined treatment was compared. The results showed that two varieties which treated with different mutation treatments showed uniformity in mutation rate, but different in plant selected rate. The physiological and biochemical indexes of mutation strains which selected from M2 generation with different treatments, were determined. The results indicated that the chlorophyll content and the activities of POD, SOD and CAT of the selected mutation strains were different with different treatments, different material sources and different mutation phenotypic traits.
