摘要
针对中国石油化工股份有限公司胜利油田分公司草古1站外输泵和地面管道等设备腐蚀严重的情况,用多种腐蚀监测手段,结合金属腐蚀机理进行腐蚀原因分析,并提出了添加污水缓蚀阻垢剂和加强腐蚀监测的防腐蚀措施和建议,缓解了设备的腐蚀。
To deal with the serious corrosion of the delivery pump and above - ground pipelines, etc in Caogu No. 1 station of SINOPEC Shengli Oil Field Company, the corrosion causes were analyzed with the support of various corrosion monitoring methods and in consideration of corrosion mechanism. Measures for corrosion prevention were recommended such as addition of corrosion and fouling inhibitors into the waste water and strengthening of corrosion monitoring. The equipment corrosion was mititaged.
