摘要
钻井结束后钻机要进行拆卸、运输到达新的井位,对于井位相距较近的,浪费了时间和资源,可采取整体拖移钻机到新的井位。应用ANSYS对ZJ90D型钻机在满立根状态下的整体拖移进行计算,分析其应力及变形分布情况。结果表明:在拖移过程中,该钻机的应力及变形较小,强度和稳定性满足要求。
Generally speaking,after the well drilling has ended,the drilling machine must be disassembled and transported to arrive at a new well position.But for the wells that are short distance,it wastes plenty of time and the resources.A method for the whole tows moves was proposed,calculating the whole tows moves for the ZJ90D drilling machine with full pipe setback by ANSYS,analyzing its stress and the distortion distributed.The result indicated:during the whole tows moves,the stress and the distortion were small,the intensity and the stability satisfy the request.
