急诊科护士应对效能现状及其影响因素的调查分析 被引量：5

摘要 目的了解急诊科护士的应对效能现状，为提高急诊科护士应对效能提供理论依据。方法采用方便取样法，抽取本市8家三级甲等综合性医院急诊科护士200名进行问卷调查，了解急诊科护士的应对效能现状。结果急诊科男护士的胜任力因子分和总分2项高于常模分；急诊科女护士的自信程度、胜任力2项因子分高于常模分，而认知水平因子分低于常模分。婚姻对应对效能的影响较大，急诊科护士应对效能与婚姻呈负线性相关。结论急诊护理管理者可以通过引进适当比例的男护士，实行新护士导师制，帮助急诊科护士进行职业生涯设计，注重护士的在职培训和教育交流，提高急诊科护士的应对效能。
