摘要
本文利用MSC.ADAMS/Car二次开发的后扭梁自动建模程序建立某轿车的后扭梁悬架多体动力学仿真模型,进行了车轮同向跳动工况、车轮反向跳动工况、侧向力工况及纵向力工况等四种工况的仿真,并将其结果与K&C实验结果进行对比分析,验证了动力学模型的正确性,同时也为设计中的不足之处找到原因及提出改进方案,使CAE技术在产品研发中起到重要的作用。
In this paper, the multi-body dynamics model of torsion beam rear suspension for a car is built in MSC.ADAMS / Car software environment.and beating of the same condition, the wheels bounce back condition, lateral force and vertical force condition Simulation of four kinds of conditions, and the results with K & C test results were analyzed to verify the correctness of the dynamic model, but also finding the cause of the inadequacies for designing and proposeing improvement scheme,so that CAE technology in the product play an important role in development.
