摘要
目的:探讨循证护理对脑血管病患者的应用价值。方法:将我院2009年1月～2010年12月收治的68例脑血管病患者作为循证护理组,另抽取2009年以前的68例住院患者病历资料作为常规护理组,分别采用不同的护理方法,比较两组患者护理后的临床疗效。结果:循证护理组总有效率为54.41%,高于常规护理组(41.18%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:正确的循证护理方法是对脑血管病治疗的一个重要的辅助手段,值得临床推广应用。
Objective： To study the application of evidence-based .nursing on patients with cerebral vascular disease. Methods： 68 cases of cerebral vascular disease patients from January 2009 to December 2010 in our hospital were chose as evidence-based nursing group, and 68 cases of hospitalization patients record information before 2009 as usual care group were chosen, which were given different methods of nursing. Then compared the clinical curative effect after different nursing care of the two groups. Results： The total effective rate of evidence-based nursing group was 54.41%, which was higher than usual care group （41.18%）, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The correct method of evidence-based nursing is an important adjunct to the treatment of cerebral vascular disease, and it is worth widely used.
