摘要
为合理划分山洪灾害防治区划,采用加权线性综合法综合考虑降雨、地形地质、经济社会三个因素,建立了基于矢量数据的GIS指数模型,并以山东省蒙阴县山洪灾害防治区划为例,通过指数模型计算各像元区域的指数值,根据指数值生成山洪灾害防治区等级地图,将蒙阴县山洪灾害防治区划分为一级重点防治区、二级重点防治区和一般防治区三个区域。
In order to divide regionalization of flash flood disaster prevention rationally,the weighted linear method is applied to establish GIS index model based vector data by considering rainfall,topography and geology,economic and social factors.Taking Mengyin County in Shandong Province for an example,index value of each region pixel is calculated with index model.Regionalization map of flash flood disaster prevention is plotted according to the index value.The region of Mengyin flash flood prevention is divided into three types regions,which names first-order typical prevention region,second-order typical prevention region and general prevention region.
