摘要
硫系玻璃是单晶锗的低成本替代品,可作为红外热成像系统的透镜和窗口材料,未来应用前景十分广阔。但是目前,硫系玻璃性能提高遭遇瓶颈,原因之一在于石英安瓿瓶前处理水平限制了硫系玻璃性能的提升。通过高温充氮脱羟技术改进石英瓶前处理,并和目前常用方式石英瓶处理技术进行比较,表明石英安瓿瓶高温充氮脱羟处理有利于批量制备高性能硫系玻璃。
Chalcogenide glasses as infrared thermal imaging system windows and lens could be a low-cost alternative to single crystal germanium,which future prospects are bright.But now,the performance enhancement of chalcogenide glasses encounters the bottleneck,one of the reasons is that the level of pre-processing quartz ampoules limits promotion of the chalcogenide glasses performance.By comparing to different measures to deal with quartz ampoules,finally determine high temperature de-hydroxyl treatment of quartz ampoules,for further batch preparation of high performance chalcogenide glass laid a solid foundation.
