摘要
本文以聚对二甲苯膜作为保护材料,利用真空气相沉积的方法,在CD-R光盘的表面涂膜,然后,通过老化实验在酸、碱以及紫外光等不同的环境条件下,研究了聚对二甲苯膜对CD-R光盘的保护性能。结果表明,涂膜后的CD-R光盘耐酸性大幅提升;其耐碱性虽高于未涂膜的CD-R光盘,但仍易受到碱溶液侵蚀而导致印刷层脱落;聚对二甲苯膜不能提高CD-R光盘的抗紫外光能力。
In this paper, the CD-R disk was coated with the parylene film, which is a kind of protection material, via vaccum vapor deposition. And then, under different conditions of environmental factors, within acid solution, alkaline solution and ultraviolet, we studied the protection property of the parylene film to the CD-R disk in terms of the aging experiment. The experimental result showed that Acid resistance of the CD-R disk with the parylene film was improved obviously. Although the Alkali resistance of the CD-R disk with the parylene film is superior to the CD-R disk without coating parylene film, the former was still corroded and printing layer was abscissed in alkaline solution. Besides, the parylene film could not enhance the ability of the CD-R disk against ultraviolet.
