摘要
CIPP是一种以改进为目的的教育评价模式,包括背景评价、输入评价、过程评价和结果评价。这一模式在教育实践中具有广适性。将其在商洛市中学英语教师顶岗实习—置换培训中加以应用,从确定培训目标,制定培训方案,监控培训过程,到评估培训效果,经后期结果评估发现,培训目标得以实现,学员们感受到愉快的学习氛围,口语表达能力有所提升,培训效果显著提高。
The CIPP Model,consisting of Context Evaluation,Input Evaluation,Process Evaluation and Product Evaluation,aims to improve education evaluation.It can be widely used in all kinds of education as it,by evaluation,can provide teachers or educators with useful information in making decisions.In the Pre-and In-Service Exchange Project in Shangluo,the Context Evaluation was useful to set practical goals,and the Input Evaluation to make a reasonable plan for a teacher-training project while the evaluation of the process was helpful to examine what worked well and what did not,and then what needed to be improved.With the Product Evaluation,the Pre-and In-Service Exchange Project was fruitful: the goal was achieved,the trainees experienced a special pleasant learning atmosphere,and then they've developed much in language competence as well as in language teaching skills.
