摘要
目的探讨手足口病重症患儿血清甲状腺素的变化及其临床意义。方法分别检测20例重症患儿急性期和恢复期的血清游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)、游离甲状腺素(FT4)、促甲状腺激素(TSH)、抗甲状腺球蛋白抗体(TGA)、抗甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体(ATPO)的含量,与手足口病轻症组比较,用t检验比较各组间差异。结果重症组与轻症组比较,血清FT3、FT4、TSH均明显降低,TGA、ATPO明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。重症组急性期与恢复期比较,血清FT3、FT4、TSH均明显降低,TGA、ATPO明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论手足口病重症患儿存在下丘脑-垂体-甲状腺轴功能异常。
Objective To study the changes of thyroxine and its clinical significance in children with severe hand - foot - and - mouth disease. Methods The blood free triiodothyronine ( FT3 ) , free thyroxine ( FT4), thyroid - simulating hormone ( TSH), antithyroglobulin antibody (TGA) and anti thyroid peroxidase antibodies(ATPO) of 20 cases with severe hand- footmouth disease were determined during acute stage and convalescence. The Student t test were used to compare the difference between the mild group and severe group. Results Compared with the mild group, FT3, FT4 and TSH were significantly lower while TGA and ATPO were obviously increased in the severe group. There were significant differences between the two groups ( P 〈 0.01 ). Compared with the acute stage of the se- vere group, FT3, FT4 and TSH were significantly lower while TGA and ATPO were obviously increased during the convalescence. There were significant differences between the acute stage and convalescence ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusions The children with severe HFMD have hypothalamie - pituitarythyroid axis mulfunction.
