摘要
通过7个电镀生产线直流母排故障实例的分析,说明了电镀生产现场因母排及相关装置的配置和使用不当造成的故障的原因和处理方法。指出了预防类似故障的12个技术要点。
The faults arising from incorrect configurations and operations of direct current bus and associated equipments in plating production line were analyzed with seven practical examples, and the corresponding countermeasures were given. Twelve technical key points were presented to prevent such problems.
