摘要
介绍了全生命周期成本(LCC)的一些基本概念及管理分析模型。分析了变电站二次系统在设计、安装、调试、检修、维护、备件及退役管理等方面的现状,指出二次系统采用全生命周期成本(LCC)的必要性。总结了变电站二次系统采用全生命周期成本管理的一些必备条件,提出在二次系统设计、安装友维护等环节的优化方案,对供电企业节省投资成本、提高社会综合效益具有一定的参考价值。
Some basic concepts and management analysis model of life cycle cost (LCC) are introduced in this paper. Based on the current status of design, installation, debugging, repair, maintance and spare parts management of the substation secondary system, this thesis indicates the necessity of using (LCC) in the substation secondary system. A number of necessary conditions of using (LCC) in the substation secondary system are summarized, and the optimization program of design, installation, and maintance in the secondary system is proposed. This paper may have some reference value for power supply companies to save costs and improve social benefits.
