摘要
分别将煤泥水抽气到负压状态和充气到加压状态,待恢复到常态后进行浮选实验,同时测量煤粒表面电动电位ζ。实验结果表明:煤泥水浮选前经负压预处理后,煤粒表面电动电位ζ的绝对值有所降低,精煤产率和浮选完善指标降低,浮选效果恶化;经加压预处理后,煤粒表面电动电位ζ的绝对值明显提高,精煤产率和浮选完善指标提高,浮选效果得以改善。分析了核化气泡在浮选中的作用,建立了煤粒表面存在核化气泡时的Stern双电层模型,并验证了该模型的正确性。
By exhausting and inflating air,the sub-pressure and pressurized coal slurry samples were respectively prepared.The flotation experiments were respectively carried out using the two samples under normal atmosphere.Additionally,the zeta potential of coal particle was measured.The experimental results show that:for the sub-pressure coal slurry,all of the absolute value of zeta potential,clean coal yield,and flotation perfection index decrease;for the pressurized coal slurry,on the contrary,the three values all increase.The influence of coring gas bubbles on the flotation was analyzed.The Stern model of double electric layer characterizing coal particles with the coring bubbles was described.The correctness of the model is verified.
